Shopify
Orders export from Shopify Admin Bestellungen exportieren aus Shopify Admin
Go to Orders Gehe zu Bestellungen
Log in to your Shopify Admin panel. In the left sidebar, click Orders. Melde dich im Shopify Admin Panel an. Klicke in der linken Seitenleiste auf Bestellungen.
Filter by date range Nach Zeitraum filtern
Click Date in the filter bar and select your desired date range. Use the same range you'll use for Stripe/PayPal exports. Klicke auf Datum in der Filterleiste und wähle den gewünschten Zeitraum. Verwende denselben Zeitraum wie für Stripe/PayPal.
Export as CSV Als CSV exportieren
Click Export at the top right. Choose "Current search" to export only filtered orders, then select "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs". Click Export orders. Klicke oben rechts auf Exportieren. Wähle „Aktuelle Suche", um nur gefilterte Bestellungen zu exportieren, und dann „CSV für Excel, Numbers oder andere Tabellenkalkulationsprogramme". Klicke auf Bestellungen exportieren.

Shopify sends the export to your email. Download the CSV file and upload it to RefundSync. Shopify sendet den Export an deine E-Mail. Lade die CSV-Datei herunter und lade sie bei RefundSync hoch.

Open Payments Zahlungen öffnen
Log in to the Stripe Dashboard. In the left sidebar, click Payments. Melde dich im Stripe Dashboard an. Klicke in der linken Seitenleiste auf Zahlungen.
Filter by date Nach Datum filtern
Click the date filter and set your date range. Make sure it matches the range used for your Shopify/PayPal export. Klicke auf den Datumsfilter und stelle den gewünschten Zeitraum ein. Stelle sicher, dass er mit dem Shopify/PayPal-Export übereinstimmt.
Export Exportieren
Click the Export button in the top right corner. Select "All columns" and choose CSV format. Click Export. Klicke oben rechts auf Exportieren. Wähle „Alle Spalten" und als Format CSV. Klicke auf Exportieren.
Download Herunterladen
Stripe prepares the file and emails it to you, or you can download it directly from the dashboard. Upload the CSV to RefundSync. Stripe bereitet die Datei vor und sendet sie per E-Mail, oder du kannst sie direkt im Dashboard herunterladen. Lade die CSV bei RefundSync hoch.

Activity export from PayPal Business Aktivitätsexport aus PayPal Business
Go to Activity Gehe zu Aktivitäten
Log in to your PayPal Business account. Click Activity in the top navigation bar. Melde dich in deinem PayPal Business-Konto an. Klicke in der oberen Navigation auf Aktivitäten.
Select date range Zeitraum wählen
Use the date picker to select the same range you used for Shopify/Stripe. Select "All transaction types". Wähle mit der Datumsauswahl denselben Zeitraum wie für Shopify/Stripe. Wähle „Alle Transaktionstypen".
Download CSV CSV herunterladen
Click "Download" (or "Statements & Reports" → "Activity Download"). Select "CSV" format. Choose "Balance affecting payments" as transaction type. Click Create Report. Klicke auf „Herunterladen" (oder „Berichte" → „Aktivitäten herunterladen"). Wähle als Format „CSV". Wähle als Transaktionstyp „Zahlungswirksame Transaktionen". Klicke auf Bericht erstellen.
Download and upload Herunterladen und hochladen
Once the report is ready, download the CSV file from PayPal and upload it to RefundSync. Sobald der Bericht fertig ist, lade die CSV-Datei von PayPal herunter und lade sie bei RefundSync hoch.
